Terms of Service.

All purchases through Top Flight Media are non-refundable.

 

If you have purchase a monthly service, you shall be rendered that service to the best of our ability over the course of the month you purchased the service for.

If you have purchased a one-time strategic service, you will receive that service in the manner described prior to purchase, and we will make any revisions necessary to satisfy your requests.

If you have purchased a monthly creative service, you you shall be rendered that service to the best of our ability over the course of the month you purchased the service for.

If you have made a one-time creative purchase, you will receive that service in the manner described prior to purchase, and we will make any revisions necessary to satisfy your requests.

In the event of an unsatisfied strategic customer, the customer has the option to leave after the end of the month they have purchased. There is nothing locking the customer in long-term, and they are free to discontinue services as they please.

In the event of a unsatisfied creative customer, the customer has the option to leave after the end of the month they have purchased. There is nothing locking the customer in long-term, and they are free to discontinue services as they please.

If the customer feels that the creative or strategic employee they have been assigned is incompetent or invaluable in any way, they shall be assigned a new creative or strategic employee at their request.

If the customer is not satisfied with the new creative or strategic employee they are assigned, they will the be redirected to the department head to complete the service for which they have purchased.

If the customer is not satisfied with the department head, they have the option of proceeding to the C-Suite for further direction, or receiving a 1.5x value credit to be used towards services in the future.

All payments made to Top Flight Media are non-refundable.
